Current legislation dictates that every site must have a full environmental investigation carried out prior to any development. This is required for the removal of any soils or muck away from the proposed site. Should you not be in possession of the relevant paperwork, London Rock will complete a site visit with an agreed sampling regime to facilitate the disposal of material.

Utilising UKAS accredited laboratories, on site sampling and testing services for both physical and/or chemical properties are completed in accordance with the relevant testing criteria. Subsequently, a full report is provided incorporating solutions for material/soil improvement, techniques and sampling regimes.
